David “Doc” Searls has posted an interesting and worrying article on the Global Warming at his blog here [http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/doc/2012/09/09/the-only-issue-that-matters/trackback/].  It is a must read for everyone.

It has me worried, because that part of Chennai where I live is barely 4 meters above the M.S.L., as was measured and marked during a recent mapping activity by some one at my street corner.

If the sea level rises to even half that level, a lot of people will be pushed out and there would be chaos.  OTOH, I might soon have a beach-front apartment.
