Terms of Use/Service

Terms of Use for using this blog-website (earlier at and now permanently redirected from with the name, style and banner of Monkeyshines (earlier known as Monkeyshine Nutworks), and the authors (from now referred as 'we' or 'us' or 'our' or 'here') and  purchase of any goods or services from us.

Modification of these Terms of Use:

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms at any time, and such changes will immediately become effective upon posting of such changes in this page. Your continued access or use of this Blog-Website (and associated content including associated social media and cloud storage) will imply your full acceptance of the same.


India does not have a Online or Distance Selling Act as yet (Aug 2017).  These Terms & Conditions (from now referred as 'Terms') is based on the UK Act of same name, which itself complies with the EU regulations.

Privacy Policy & Cookies:

As we are hosted in Google's Blogger platform, including but not limited to Google AdSense, and payment gateway is PayPal, all their privacy & cookie policies apply.

In addition, we use 3rd party utilities, including but not limited to ShareThis and Disqus, whose privacy & cookie policies also apply.

Email IDs which are filled in the forms or as part of purchases or other communication is retained only for transaction records, and/or notification of updates, and may be automatically added into Gmail contacts.  We will never sell, share or disclose any such information collected to any others, except as above, and in cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for prevention of fraud, cyber crime, or to protect us, or the rights, personal safety of person/s.


We do not give any guarantee as to the suitability of the documents, booklets, periodical or anything written (from now referred as 'publication') by us.  Any purchase is 'AS-IS', 'AS AVAILABLE', 'WHAT-IS' basis.  There are no warranties, express or implied,   Content of publications may differ from what is shown/described here.


Deliver shall be effected within 6-8 hours of purchase intimation from PayPal, for publications which have not passed their 'DO-BY' date.  DO-BY date is the day, month, year on which the procedure listed in the publication is to be performed.  After DO-BY dates, the delivery time may take up to 24 hours or more.

Cancellation & Refund:

In line with the UK Act, Regulation 13 (1) (e) The Right to Cancel an order is not applicable to the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.  As the publications are periodicals - published annually for the occasion - cancellation of orders and refund do not arise.

It permits you to: Freely download and use the material published here, in whole or in part, for personal, and/or private use.  No permission is granted for company internal, or commercial purposes.
