Google Doodle on Little Nemo puts Blogger pageviews into slumberland

Google is celebrating the 107th anniversary of Windsor McCay’s Little Nemo in Slumberland with a fantastic interactive Google Doodle.  There is a small pull down tag on the original Google Doodle.  Clicking on it dropped Little Nemo into Google Land with slide drop downs.

Each slide featured a letter from the word “Google”.  The interactive Google doodle celebrates the nightly dreams of the little boy Nemo.  In the animation Nemo begins by dreaming about falling from his bed into a hole and being rescued by Princess Camille. After tumbling through through Google-land Nemo, (as in the actual comic strip), falls out of his bed.

But in the bargain, Google seems to have dropped the Blogger Pageviews into a slumberland on its own.  Yeah.  The Blogger Pageviews has disappeared.  Or to be more precise, the Blogger Pageviews widget has reset itself and shows the count from today.
;-P

The blogger team in its Known Issues blog has acknowledged the problem and has promised a fix soon.  Hope the Missing stats for Blogger pageviews is back on soon. [http://knownissues.blogspot.in/2012/10/missing-stats-for-pageviews.html]

Update: The pageviews glitch has been fixed by evening (India time)
