Are these pictures of Royal Baby

The whole world from America to Australia were in celebration at the birth of Royal Baby.  The Monarchists do have something to cheer about as the birth of the prince means the British Royal line has 3 generations of (male) heirs to the throne for the first time since 1894.

Already some sort of record has been created by the Prince.  Reports say, at its peak, there were more than 25,000 tweets per minute about his birth.

As if there aren’t enough guns booming in the world - from Syria to Israel-Palestine, extending through Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, many parts of Africa from Nigeria to Sudan, the North Caucus, the volatile South America, and not to forget the gun crazy Americans encapsulated by George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin incident - the Royal Baby has been greeted by multiple gun salutes.

The King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery staged a 41-gun salute in Green Park, after riding past Buckingham Palace, while the Honourable Artillery Company - the City of London's army reserve regiment - outdid them with a 62-gun salute from Gun Wharf at the Tower of London.

The Commonwealth nations, not to be outdone, went out to the world lighting up so many things in baby-boy blue.  From the Niagara Falls and CN Tower, Toronto - Canada, the Christchurch Airport - New Zealand, and even the London Eye in the colours of Union Jack.

The world now awaits the couple's choice of names for their son, with George the bookmakers' favourite, followed by James and Alexander.

Meanwhile Paddy Power, the largest Irish bookmaker went to town, literally, with a quartet of oversized royal babies - hefty fellas wearing silicone baby masks to promote betting on the event.  The 2 hottest betting seems to be on the Royal Baby’s ‘name’ and ‘hair colour’.
:-)

It was not Paddy Power alone.  Royal Baby was marketed by Aston Villa, Mothercare, Argos, Comedy Central, Séraphine, Bassett's Jelly Babies, Royal Mint, Grosvenor House, Star Radio, Profero, Pampers, Hasbro, Asda and other bookmaker Coral.

But back to Paddy Power, here are some pictures of the oversized Royal Babies romping the streets and London underground.

My Mischievous half murmurs, ‘If Paddy Power pulls off a stunt on the runt, time for me to print a post on the stunt.’

For those who would really like to see the Royal Baby, here is the Prince, in the arms of his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge.
