In 2006 and 2009 North Korea claimed that it had exploded a Nuclear device. Just last month the reclusive nation promised a Nuclear Test Explosion ‘aimed at the US’.
Just about 1 hour before this post on 2013-02-12, at 08:27 IST (02:57 UTC), seismic activity has been detected at a depth of 1km, close to North Korea's known nuclear test site in the northeast.
