Comodo Internet Security version 5.8.x.2131 has many updated features. The installation process has been simplified and warnings / alerts have more options. The scanner speed seems to have improved, although the program occupies almost the same amount of memory ~21MB. The new look is slick and seems smoother - even the warning and alerts seem to have a smoother flow.
For me the best update is the box showing what the program updater is upto. Earlier versions had a very bland ‘updating 33%’ display which was very frustrating. Making up a display box to show what files are being updated currently, makes me feel better.
BTW why doesn’t Comodo (or every software) offer a barebones ‘English’ only versions instead of default download of every language under the sun? Why should my installation of CIS download every language from Arabic to Swedish? Why can’t languages other than English be made optional?

Last time, I use this antivirus and I recommend it all. I had problems with viruses, after which I tried a lot of different antiviruses. Now I've found a lot of sites with antivirus programs that can harm your PC, so I recommend a proven resource.
