Nike wearing Terrorists versus Bathroom slippers

Finally some show of guts by the J&K CM – he plans to cut off foreign funding for protesters – an action long overdue.  There is only one way to put down terrorism and that is DO NOT pamper terrorists.

Initially Omar Abdullah fell into a self made trap by treating the PDP and Mehbooba Mufti as normal people who abhor separatists, nationalists like himself.

The reality is that both the party and its chief play up the agitation card whenever they see an opportunity and even if they don’t.  Even when such playing to public strengthens the separatists hand. It is time that the GoJK and GoI start acting with this calculation.

I hope that he has learned his lessons – he is young and has much to contribute to the nation.  Earlier, it was a very bad move to talk about amnesty for terrorists.  Once you start showing an inch of mercy to terrorists, they will take a mile.  Terrorists and separatists typically do not see kindness only weakness.

Since they don’t have a noble bone in their cursed body, the terrorists cannot understand nobility – they can only see, hear and understand weakness, evil and suppression.

BTW have you ever wondered how these Kashmiri protesters always wear Nike or Adidas and Reeboks or Crocodiles to protest, whereas the protesters in other states are often poorly clothed and even barefoot?
